Casey worked in studio with Chapin to introduce projection mapping into her sculptural practice. Chapin approached Casey with her ideas and they explored various production approaches, process and strategies that would both achieve Chapin’s vision and and enliven the media sculptures to their fullest conceptual capacity. Casey also installed Chapin’s first projection sculpture in exhibition. Chapin continues to utilize projection and motion animation media in her soft sculpture practice.
