Peace to the Queen 2022, the inaugural retrospective of the iconic New York photographer, Jamel Shabazz presented over 30 years of his work within a captivating three-room cross-media museum exhibit. The exhibition featured a rich tapestry of photography, multimedia motion installations, and intricately adorned wall treatments.

Role involvement: Casey supported the curator in the concept and installation design process. Casey met with the exhibit team weekly for a year, hand drafting various elevations for each exhibit room and devised innovative new media installations that met both the curators intentions and museums parameters. The 4K media installations expanded the exhibition's capacity to showcase a diverse range of imagery within the spatial constraints of a three-room layout, as well as enlivened the imagery with animation and motion.
